The U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) published the second draft AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) on 29 July 2022, expanding guidance on trustworthy AI characteristics, risk measurement, and organizational governance. The draft incorporated industry feedback from the March workshop and opened a new comment window ahead of the planned 1.0 publication in early 2023.
