Governance

Partnership and sponsorship policy

Zeph Tech's primary business is secure software, ZephCMS implementation, custom workflow systems, and advisory. Sponsorships, partnerships, and selective advertising are secondary channels that must preserve editorial independence and client trust.

This policy applies to zephtech.net, public research, sponsorships, partnership inquiries, and any paid placement that appears alongside Zeph Tech content.

Operating principles

Trust, transparency, and separation

Partnerships must be useful to the same audience Zeph Tech serves through software, ZephCMS, advisory, and research: public-sector, regulated, security, compliance, infrastructure, developer, and operations-heavy teams.

Disclosure and labelling

  • Sponsored content, paid placements, affiliate relationships, and partner materials are disclosed clearly.
  • Sponsored links may use rel="sponsored" or similar metadata when appropriate.
  • Partnership pages or resources identify the nature of the relationship in plain language.

Editorial firewall

  • Partners cannot buy favorable research conclusions or suppress unfavorable analysis.
  • Partners may review factual product details for accuracy but cannot control independent editorial judgment.
  • Paid relationships do not override security, compliance, privacy, or client-trust standards.
Acceptable channels

Where partnerships may appear

Zeph Tech may consider a limited set of partnership paths when the fit is credible and the value to readers or clients is clear.

Research-aligned sponsorship

A sponsor may support a guide, briefing, or resource if the topic fits the audience and the sponsorship is disclosed. Zeph Tech retains final editorial control.

Implementation ecosystem partnerships

Vendors, consultants, or service providers may collaborate when they complement ZephCMS, secure records workflows, public portals, compliance, infrastructure, or security operations.

Selective advertising

Advertising may be considered when the offer is relevant, accurate, and appropriate for a security-conscious audience. Generic ad volume is not a business priority.

Review standards

What we check before accepting a partner

A partnership should make the Zeph Tech ecosystem more useful, not noisier.

Audience and security fit

  • Relevance to secure software, ZephCMS, compliance, records workflows, public-sector modernization, or technical operations.
  • Reasonable evidence for product claims, security posture, and implementation value.
  • No misleading urgency, exaggerated claims, or unclear data practices.

Privacy and data boundaries

  • Partners do not receive private client inquiry details or email lists.
  • Any analytics or campaign reporting is aggregated unless a user has intentionally submitted information to that partner.
  • Tracking, consent, and disclosure requirements are reviewed before launch.
Escalation

Propose a partnership

Bring a clear explanation of who the partnership helps, how it fits Zeph Tech's audience, and what evidence supports your claims.

Email contact@zephtech.net or use the partnership form. We review for fit before committing and may decline proposals that create confusion between paid promotion, client services, ZephCMS implementation, and independent research.
