Terms of Service

Client projects, ZephCMS deployments, advisory engagements, and paid services may be governed by separate statements of work, subscription terms, order forms, or written agreements.

Scope and acceptance

By accessing zephtech.net, submitting a form, reading research, using a public decision resource, or otherwise using this website, you agree to follow these terms and applicable laws.

These website terms do not replace a signed client agreement. If Zeph Tech provides ZephCMS implementation, custom software, advisory, support, or other paid services, the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, or contract will control the client engagement.

If you disagree with any section, discontinue use and contact us at contact@zephtech.net with questions.

Use of research and content

  • Editorial materials. Articles, briefings, guides, and templates are provided for informational and educational purposes. They may help with planning, but they are not a substitute for tailored professional advice from a qualified consultant, attorney, auditor, or other advisor.
  • Attribution. You may share short excerpts with clear attribution to Zeph Tech and a link back to the original article. Republishing entire articles or substantial portions requires written permission.
  • Sources, corrections, and time context. We cite verifiable sources where appropriate, correct material errors when identified, and distinguish dated or historical reporting from current guidance. Older briefings may remain available as an archive and should be evaluated against their publication date and cited sources.
  • No professional advice by default. Website content does not create a consulting, legal, financial, tax, cybersecurity, or audit relationship unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Project and service inquiries

Submitting a contact form, fit-review request, or project description does not create a client relationship by itself. A client relationship begins only when both parties agree to the applicable written terms, scope, payment, confidentiality, and delivery expectations.

  • Confidential details. Do not submit sensitive, regulated, privileged, or confidential information through public website forms unless we have agreed on an appropriate intake channel.
  • Service fit. We may decline inquiries that are outside our scope, create conflicts, lack enough information, or are better handled by another provider.
  • ZephCMS. Product evaluations, pilots, implementations, hosting, support, and subscription terms may be handled through ZephCMS-specific agreements.
  • Custom software and advisory. Deliverables, timelines, ownership, confidentiality, payment, acceptance, and support are defined in written project terms.

User conduct

You agree to the following when using our site and services:

  • You will not misuse the site, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to forms, analytics dashboards, repositories, hosting systems, or administrative tools.
  • You will not use automated tools in a manner that degrades site performance or violates our robots.txt directives.
  • You will not upload or transmit malware, spam, or content designed to disrupt site operations.
  • You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
  • You will not use the site for unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of any third party.

We may block, suspend, or limit access to protect the site, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.

Partnerships, sponsorships, and monetization

Zeph Tech may earn revenue through client services, ZephCMS-related work, advisory engagements, sponsorships, programmatic advertising on eligible editorial inventory, affiliate relationships, or other business activities. Sponsored or paid placements are disclosed where applicable.

  • Editorial independence. Sponsors and partners may not buy favorable research coverage or alter independent editorial judgments.
  • Client services. Paid platform, software, and advisory services are governed by written project terms.
  • Aggregated metrics. We may share aggregated site or campaign metrics, but we do not sell personal data or contact lists.

Submitted content

If you submit content through forms or other channels, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us permission to use submitted content as needed to operate the site, respond to your inquiry, evaluate service fit, or perform agreed services.

We reserve the right to remove or ignore submissions that are abusive, unlawful, spammy, malicious, or outside the purpose of the site.
