Working with Zeph Tech

Scope and acceptance

By accessing zephtech.net, subscribing to waitlist updates, engaging our research team, or participating in advertising programs, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. Specific statements of work or insertion orders may supplement these terms. If you disagree with any section, discontinue use and contact us to resolve the issue.

Use of research and content

• Editorial materials. Articles, briefings, and templates are provided for informational purposes. They should inform your internal planning, but they are not a substitute for tailored professional advice.
• Attribution. You may share short excerpts with attribution to Zeph Tech. Republishing entire articles requires written permission.
• Accuracy commitment. Analysts cite verifiable sources and update posts when regulations or vendor guidance change. If you spot an issue, email legal@zephtech.net and we will review immediately.

Monetization and advertising

Zeph Tech earns revenue through digital advertising placements, premium subscriptions, structured courses, and enterprise intelligence services.

• Advertising. Ads served by Google, Ezoic demand partners, or future networks must meet the relevant publisher policies. We route ads.txt to Ezoic’s managed file, allow Googlebot and AdsBot crawlers in robots.txt, and respond promptly to policy notices.
• Premium subscriptions. Subscription products are clearly described before checkout, include billing disclosures, and can be cancelled at any time pursuant to consumer protection requirements.
• Courses. Paid courses ship with syllabi, instructor credentials, and refund terms. Learners receive transcripts of live sessions and access to support channels outlined during enrollment.
• Enterprise services. Advisory and research engagements operate under statements of work that define deliverables, confidentiality, and payment schedules. We do not resell client data.
• Reporting and privacy. We share aggregated performance metrics—impressions, retention, completion rates, and milestone delivery—captured via Plausible analytics, learning systems, and project trackers. No personal data or email lists are sold.

User responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to Netlify forms, analytics dashboards, or any administrative systems. Automated scraping that disrupts service is prohibited. We may suspend access to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and original content are owned by Zeph Tech or our licensors. Partners receive only the limited rights granted in the relevant contract. You may not use Zeph Tech branding in marketing materials without written approval.

Limitation of liability

Zeph Tech provides materials “as is” without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on research or advertising services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to Zeph Tech during the preceding three months.

Updates and contact
