Scope and acceptance

By accessing zephtech.net, subscribing to waitlist updates, engaging our research team, or participating in advertising programs, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. Specific statements of work or insertion orders may supplement these terms.

If you disagree with any section, discontinue use and contact us to resolve the issue. Your continued use of the site after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of research and content

• Editorial materials. Articles, briefings, guides, and templates are provided for informational and educational purposes. They should inform your internal planning, but they are not a substitute for tailored professional advice from a qualified consultant, attorney, or auditor.
• Attribution. You may share short excerpts (up to 200 words) with clear attribution to Zeph Tech and a link back to the original article. Republishing entire articles or substantial portions requires written permission from us.
• Accuracy commitment. Our research team cites verifiable sources and updates posts when regulations, vendor guidance, or technical details change. If you identify an inaccuracy, email contact@zephtech.net and we will review and correct the content promptly.
• No professional advice. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional cybersecurity advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on our research.

User accounts and conduct

You agree to the following when using our site and services:

• You will not misuse the site, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to Netlify forms, analytics dashboards, or any administrative systems.
• You will not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) in a manner that degrades site performance or violates our robots.txt directives.
• You will not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any content designed to disrupt the site's operation.
• You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.

Monetization and advertising

We earn revenue through digital advertising placements, premium subscriptions, structured courses, and enterprise intelligence services.

• Advertising. Ads served by Google AdSense, Ezoic demand partners, or future networks must meet the relevant publisher policies. We route ads.txt to authorized seller declarations, allow Googlebot and AdsBot crawlers in robots.txt, and respond promptly to policy notices. We clearly distinguish advertising from editorial content.
• Premium subscriptions. Subscription products are clearly described before checkout, include billing disclosures, and can be cancelled at any time pursuant to consumer protection requirements.
• Courses. Paid courses ship with syllabi, instructor credentials, and refund terms. Learners receive transcripts of live sessions and access to support channels outlined during enrollment.
• Enterprise services. Advisory and research engagements operate under statements of work that define deliverables, confidentiality, and payment schedules. We do not resell client data.
• Reporting and privacy. We share aggregated performance metrics captured via Plausible analytics, learning systems, and project trackers. No personal data or email lists are sold.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, original content, guide frameworks, and proprietary research are owned by Zeph Tech LLC or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Zeph Tech name, logo, and brand identity
• All written articles, briefings, guides, and research reports
• Website design, code, and visual elements
• Data compilations, methodologies, and analytical frameworks

Partners receive only the limited rights granted in the relevant contract. You may not use Zeph Tech LLC branding in marketing materials without written approval.

Content guidelines

If you submit content to our site through forms, comments, or other channels, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content in connection with operating our services.

We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content that violates these guidelines.

DMCA and copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to contact@zephtech.net that includes:

Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the site and all materials "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including security recommendations.

Cybersecurity threats and regulatory landscapes change rapidly. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain current at the time you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeph Tech LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Advertising Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeph Tech LLC regarding your use of the site. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are superseded by these terms.
